Sustainability Research: Green Building OBI Framework Capstones

Earlier this summer, I mentored a team of 10 Clark Summer Associates to produce research and analysis presentations about Clark’s Sustainable Buildings Portfolio. Earlier this year I began developing a conceptual framework to help clients and employees who are not as familiar with the intricacies of high performing and sustainable buildings.

The “OBI Framework” is an easy system to classify what aspects of green buildings are comparable and also helps to inform the project budget estimating process. Below are some useful diagrams to define the program:
